Seddeiism

Seddeiism is a religion of Mystral whose followers believe that the star Seya is the single goddess and creator of all of Mystral. They believe that Seya is the physical body of the goddess, but that her mind and will are omnipresent.

The seddeiists also believe that the "Seyuri" that several prophets throughout history have claimed to have seen in visions and dreams is Seya's avatar. As they believe Seya's actual form to be too grand and luminous for living mortals to behold up-close, Seya must use her Seyuri avatar whenever she needs to interact with the worlds of mortals.
